To achieve optimal performance, BEM UNSRAT will strengthen internal communication, enhance members’ organizational skills, and ensure financial independence through various funding sources. We will establish clear operational procedures, encourage innovation, build a strong team culture, and conduct regular performance evaluations. By maintaining independence in decision-making and promoting sustainable practices, BEM UNSRAT will be able to operate effectively and self-reliantly.

BEM UNSRAT will evaluate campus organization by holding communication forums in each faculty. These forums will serve as a platform for voicing aspirations, discussing issues, and finding collective solutions, thereby enhancing coordination and overall performance of the campus organization.

BEM UNSRAT will advocate for the needs and concerns of students by listening to their aspirations, identifying the issues they face, and voicing their interests to the university authorities. This effort aims to enhance student welfare and create a more comfortable and supportive campus environment for all UNSRAT students.

BEM UNSRAT will provide a platform for the development of students’ interests and talents and support all student activities, including Student Activity Units (UKM). We will facilitate various programs and activities that allow students to explore and develop their potential, contributing positively to the campus environment and the community.
